Floral Illustration and Surface Pattern Design altogether in one Art Gallery

Thank you so much for joining us here in the Finches Lane Community.

We love all things flowers, from the extravagant ornamental and cultivated blooms to the humble and delicate wild flower.

...So come with us and imagine visiting a rural village in the heart of the English countryside. You find yourself sitting in a quaint English cottage garden on a rustic oak bench over looking a pretty terrace. You have been given a cup of your favourite brew in a bone china mug and over head, climbing the brick wall behind you is an ancient and incredibly fragrant Rambler Rose with a friendly Robin in full song.

You look out at a herbaceous border of informal flowers in a variety of colourful blooms and the warm Springtime is just turning into Summer.

In the charm and grace of the flowerbeds you can see pink Echinacea, deep blue Agapanthus, traditional climbing clematis and the intoxicating smell of the Mock Orange is filling the air.

Isn't it good....

Sadly we can't stay here long but thanks to the illustrations and patterns that have been lovingly created by our fabulously talented artist you can bring the memory of the cottage garden with it's stunning array of flowers into your home for you to see all year round.
